Refunds & Cancellations
All our cakes are handmade to order, using fresh ingredients and prepared with care. For this reason, cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours from placing your order. Please double-check your selection before confirming your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to this policy. Thank you for understanding.
We do not accept returns for any of our goods due to their perishable nature. Should you have any questions related to refunds, you can always contact us at info@bonnebouchemarylebone.co.uk
To preserve the freshness of our products, we can only keep previously purchased orders for 48 hours. Although we aim to have our products ready for collection within 24 hours, all orders must be picked up from our Bonne Bouche Marylebone branch (2–3 Thayer St, London W1U 3JD) within a maximum of 48 hours.
Collections after those 48 hours will not be accepted. No refunds or claims will be accepted after this period.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
