Bonne Bouche have been baking high quality, handmade cakes, buns, bread and pastries for over 50 years. Our shops are located in Central and South West London.

Our Story

In 1952, we opened a Bonne Bouche shop in South Kensington. In the mid-1960s, Rolf Biller took over the business and began making traditional bread and creating beautiful pastries on site.

  • Rolf built the company after working as a master baker and patisserie in Germany and Switzerland and having a knack for product development.

  • A specialised bakery was established in Fulham, and more shops in South West London were built, as well as the wholesale company.

  • Since then, Bonne Bouche has been offering clients in London with high-quality, handcrafted baked delicacies.

Institutions such as Harrods, The Ivy, Le Caprice, Peter Jones, and the Royal Opera House have purchased our cakes, pastries, and bread.
